Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop with Sarah & Hang from saigon om
Saturday, October 21, 2017 | 1:45-3:45pm
We’ll start the workshop with a short discussion on mindfulness and get moving with some Qi Gong mindful movement to clear & activate our energy systems. We’ll then start a more sequential movement with simple yoga. We’ll end the session with a short guided meditation (mindful breathing) to help you carry the peacefulness and calmness with you.
