From brewing Kombucha, making sauerkraut, kimchi, peanut butter, tahini and even baking our own bread.

Ngoc Ha Pham
Ha was born in a family in countryside of Quang Nam. Growing up in a family that the mother is such a good cook, taking care the family and 5 children, Ha has the prowess of cooking and serving others. Ha joined Nomad Kitchen team since May 2017. Ha did not receive any culinary education but her skills and passion for cooking are undoubted. Under the training of Nomad Management members, Ha has mastered all Nomad’s menu items. Meet Ha and join with us for a vegan experience with such great passion that she put into every single dishes.
Sara is originally from Slovenia, a small European country where she spent her childhood cooking and baking with her grandmother who owned one of the most popular restaurants in the region. Sara and her mother travelled all around Europe during her teenage years which allowed her to experience different cultures and cuisines. Her passion for Vegan cuisine started right after the birth of her first child, born with extreme lactose intolerance. After living in Ho Chi Minh City for 2.5 years, Sara and her family decided to move to the more quiet environment of Hoi An.
