I had been working as a chef when I met Guru Narendra, who saw a special quality in me and advised me to learn yoga. Under his guidance I practiced & practiced and this is where my yoga journey began.
I am happy to teach yoga, as it helps people control their body to make their life easier to live, in yoga it’s not only about the physical but also learning to control the mental & emotions, you can learn to observe your emotions when being instructed to hold an asana. This practice of these things helps to make you a good person also.
Being a yoga teacher means sharing the knowledge in physical & spiritual which will help guide students to the right goal of their life. I believe everyone is born with a goal so through yoga we can see ourselves inside and guide them to achieve it.
