One month of intense yoga. I started the course for my own self development. The first week we worked a lot on our strength, got the basics of the philosophy and anatomy. In the weeks after everything came more and more together. The physical and spiritual meet and the deeper understanding why we do yoga came through. I really enjoyed the course, the days where long, but there was enough time for myself. I could take some rest or attempt another lesson.
In the end I realised how much I enjoyed the teaching and at the moment I’m on my way to Thailand to teach yoga at a retreat centre!
