DESCRIPTION: Our Ashtanga Basics class will energize you with repetitions of Sun Salutations A&B, pausing in poses to focus on alignment to build strength & flexibility (do not expect Mysore style). Connected movements will help you stay present & centred during the standing, seating and closing postures.
LEVEL: Intermediate. Ashtanga is more strenuous and not recommended for beginners or people with injuries or ailments.
